Our recently built apartment house is the ideal starting point for many sports activities.

Hiking, horse-riding, swimming, paragliding, mountain biking, bowling, tennis and Nordic walking – you can do all these sports just in front of our house!

The paragliding school of Westendorf, the landing place for paragliders, and the cable car are next to our house.

And if you only want to enjoy the calm and the atmosphere of the area, choose the Obermanharthof.

Our house is just a 2-minute walk away from the centre of Westendorf, but benefits from a quiet location surrounded by alpine meadows.

In our indoor playroom, your children will find a great variety of toys and games, and they’ll enjoy our outdoor playground with a playhouse, petting zoo and roofed sandpit.

Summer in Westendorf

Located on a sunny plateau away from traffic and noise, the village of Westendorf was voted “The most beautiful village in Europe” in 1998 – and of course it still is!

A beautiful church and a picturesque village centre, a lively farming tradition, an intact countryside and numerous possibilities to do sports and relax were preconditions for a participation in this European-wide competition.

According to the European “Entente”-committee, Westendorf is a village which follows its traditions, appreciates its intact nature, and is ready for the different challenges of the future.

Only 300 m away from the centre of the village, the local cable car, the “Alpenrosenbahn”, will bring you to the “Talkaser”, Westendorf’s very own mountain of a height of 1.770 m.

Up there, numerous alpine walking and hiking paths and the discovery park “Alpinlino” for children as well as adults are waiting for you!

The top station of the “Alpenrosenbahn” is also the starting point for paragliders, and those who like mountain biking and Nordic walking will find many possibilities in Westendorf too.
